- Michael Cooper is a seasoned problem solver with over 35 years of extensive experience across the media, energy, and biopharmaceutical industries. His versatile skill set includes directing top-tier network television commercials, producing television news, and providing strategic business consultancy in Japan and China.
- Michael launched his career as a producer-director with EUE/Screen Gems, the commercial production division of Columbia Pictures. He then transitioned into investigative journalism at ABC News in Manhattan. His subsequent roles included Executive Consultant for PBS Frontline, Executive Producer for TV Asahi and Tokyo Broadcasting in Japan, Creative Director at ThinkTech Hawaii, and Media Director for the Hawaii Medical Association. His multifaceted career also encompasses work on renewable energy and satellite projects in China as well as designing and building a multi million dollar villa for a hotel/resort project in collaboration with Four Seasons Resorts and Sumitomo Corporation.
